Good morning! I just wanted to thank you and your team for the tremendous job you did in moving me to my new home on April 2, 2011. Your team was professional, fast, friendly, courteous and thorough throughout the move. They worked well as a team, kept moving efficiently, made sure everything was protected and were as careful with my furniture as I would have been myself. And your prices were better than any other quotes I got for the same job. I have hired two other local moving companies in the past on different occasions, and was more than a little disappointed by each of them. Both took frequent “breaks” during the job for which I paid for their time. One caused some damage that took 2 written requests and a physical visit to get resolved, even though the movers acknowledged (in writing) the damage on the day it was created. Both “padded” their final billing with undisclosed charges they never mentioned in their quotes. I knew as soon as your team got started, that I wasn’t going to have a similar experience. Your GENTLEMEN introduced themselves upon arrival, answered questions, and then got to work. They didn’t stop moving until everything was done. We were so pleased with their work ethic that we bought them lunch, albeit fast food, for which they thanked us at least twice each. We felt safe with them and knew that our possessions were in good hands. I will be recommending them to everyone I know for the foreseeable future!

Dear Mr. Van Dyke, On July 20 we used your company to move us from Cordova to our new home at 8427 Wood Briar, Germantown. I am glad to report that the four men worked harmoniously, fast and very efficiently. I noticed that they were very well coordinated, sometimes working as one group, sometimes in teams of 2/2 or 3/1. It was a very hot day but they also had a very good sense of humor. Everything was placed in the appropriate place and without any damage. I understand why the BBB rates your company with an A+. I was in the military for 28 years, so moved every three years and these guys are far and away the best movers I've ever seen. They moved a 900 lb safe, a piano, lots of large furniture pieces and some valuable antiques. Not a scratch on anything. Patrick expertly led the group and got the truck loaded and unloaded in record time. In addition, they were all extremely polite and professional. I won't hesitate to call them when we move again.

Hello, My name is Kevin Hardee and my wife Paris called your company last Friday frantically trying to find a company that would agree to move our home from Memphis to Florence, Alabama on the following Tuesday. I say "frantically" because we had lost almost all hope in finding a moving company on such short notice after the original company we acquired to do the job kept raising the price over and over again from their initial quote. After a terrible customer service experience showing that the original company simply did not care about having our business, we decided it was in our best interest to cancel their services. If you show little interest in gaining my business, why should I believe you are going to show any interest with my belongings? Furthermore, after hearing horror stories of moving companies demanding more money hal fway through the job when all of the belongings are on the truck, I was hesitant, to say the least, with moving forward with them or any moving company. We would just have to do it ourselves. She called and spoke to someone (who may have been you) who calmed her down (which is a feat in itself), took her word on the size of the move without stepping foot inside of our home, and gave us a quote. That quote is what we ended up paying... which means a lot. On top of that, the two movers Logan and Patrick - who, frankly, busted their asses for two straight days for us without a hint of negativity- were spectacular. They damaged nothing, were incredibly helpful, and did not hesitate when something else needed to be done, added, or changed. They were the best part of the whole experience- and the whole experience was perfect. We...
