Good morning! I just wanted to thank you and your team for the tremendous job you did in moving me to my new home on April 2, 2011. Your team was professional, fast, friendly, courteous and thorough throughout the move. They worked well as a team, kept moving efficiently, made sure everything was protected and were as careful with my furniture as I would have been myself. And your prices were better than any other quotes I got for the same job. I have hired two other local moving companies in the past on different occasions, and was more than a little disappointed by each of them. Both took frequent “breaks” during the job for which I paid for their time. One caused some damage that took 2 written requests and a physical visit to get resolved, even though the movers acknowledged (in writing) the damage on the day it was created. Both “padded” their final billing with undisclosed charges they never mentioned in their quotes. I knew as soon as your team got started, that I wasn’t going to have a similar experience. Your GENTLEMEN introduced themselves upon arrival, answered questions, and then got to work. They didn’t stop moving until everything was done. We were so pleased with their work ethic that we bought them lunch, albeit fast food, for which they thanked us at least twice each. We felt safe with them and knew that our possessions were in good hands. I will be recommending them to everyone I know for the foreseeable future!
