Hello,

My name is Kevin Hardee and my wife Paris called your company last Friday frantically trying to find a company that would agree to move our home from Memphis to Florence, Alabama on the following Tuesday. I say "frantically" because we had lost almost all hope in finding a moving company on such short notice after the original company we acquired to do the job kept raising the price over and over again from their initial quote.

After a terrible customer service experience showing that the original company simply did not care about having our business, we decided it was in our best interest to cancel their services. If you show little interest in gaining my business, why should I believe you are going to show any interest with my belongings? Furthermore, after hearing horror stories of moving companies demanding more money hal fway through the job when all of the belongings are on the truck, I was hesitant, to say the least, with moving forward with them or any moving company. We would just have to do it ourselves.

She called and spoke to someone (who may have been you) who calmed her down (which is a feat in itself), took her word on the size of the move without stepping foot inside of our home, and gave us a quote. That quote is what we ended up paying... which means a lot.

On top of that, the two movers Logan and Patrick - who, frankly, busted their asses for two straight days for us without a hint of negativity- were spectacular. They damaged nothing, were incredibly helpful, and did not hesitate when something else needed to be done, added, or changed. They were the best part of the whole experience- and the whole experience was perfect. We liked them and their positive attitudes so much that we were honestly sad to see them go. They deserve every accolade that they get. They are welcome to our home (albeit 160 miles away) any time.

While we hope this will be the last house we ever buy, we will not hesitate to emphatically recommend your business to anyone who even mentions the word "move". In fact, we already have- twice.

You have proven that there are still moving companies that work hard to do the right thing and be fair. You have helped me and my family immensely by simply doing what you say you're going to do. Moving is one of the most stressful things a family can do and you and your company relieved so much stress from our situation, I don't think we will ever be able to thank you enough.

Thank you for taking a chance on a customer in need. I know, as a business, it can be a gamble to stick your neck out like you did and take a chance at losing money. Because of that, I will do everything in my power to bring more business your way. My wife mentioned you requested a google review - I will make it happen.
